Another month MIA, but I have to admit that it’s been busy.   I’m currently in finals week of class.  I thought I was doing fairly badly in the class, but I guess I’m still pulling an A.  Of course I dropped my library class, and so all I have left is my computer class.  What?  Didn’t I tell you about that? I think it was because I was a little embarrassed.  Once I started into the class, and actually started to talk to librarians I found out that I was basically going for a degree that once completed would make me eligible for a minimum wage part time job.  When I realized that it was one of those “WTF” moments.  I could get that at the liquor store, and still be happy.  So now I’m a little in limbo, and I feel back at square one.  Do I want to go now for a paralegal degree?  Decisions, decisions.

I missed valentines too.  Well “I” didn’t miss it.  In fact I had quite a lovely time, but I broke my sober streak.  To pay for that I was sick for two days, but more about in the next paragraph.   We stayed in a hotel in downtown Portland, and had dinner in my favorite restaurant called the Heathman.  The night started with the sounds of the people in the next room having very loud sex (of course I’m not totally sure, because I don’t have proof), and ended with us trying to watch “the invention of lying”.  In between was a lot of drinking.  Hence, the two day sickness.  The last thing about valentines I will mention is twister.  Most. Boring. Game. Ever. Even when naked.

Now we come to my ulcer, or we are still not sure it’s an ulcer.  My doctor sent me to a gastroentronologist.  He’s basically the guy who decided it’s time someone stuck a tube down my throat, and checked what’s going on.  I still have my good days and my bad days but hopefully we will have a better idea what’s going on after the procedure is done.  Thankfully I’m getting knocked out for the whole thing.

I’m sure I have more going on, but its 8 o’clock and I have to work tomorrow.  My company has decided to start having mandatory overtime.  I’m not looking forward to it, but I can’t complain about the money.

Mandatory overtime, that bites. Hope you’re getting time & half at least. And, I really hope the doctors can find something with that tube. Love ya. :-)

I miss not having my cell and being able to talk to you whenever. Finding out things you have been up to and how you are doing in general. I hope you are feeling better and hope things are going well with you! It sounds like you have a decision to make on what degree to go for now. What ever you choose you will be AWESOME! I miss you and love you soo much! Muah!
